ABOUT THE SERIES

Rooted in Norse mythology, “Høj” is a comedy-adventure series for children that combines heartfelt themes like identity, diversity, friendship with epic storytelling.

We follow Høj and his motley companions on their journey through fantastical realms and trials to prevent a new Ragnarok. But Høj is also just a curious kid trying to figure out who he is. With his mother being an elf and his father a dwarf, he doesn’t feel like he belongs in either kingdom. Høj uses transformation magic to get through challenges, but more than often, it’s his friends who get him out of trouble, creating a lot of fun moments.

The story takes place post-Ragnarok, allowing us to create new stories with original characters, while retelling old Nordic myths - myths that are all based on universal themes. The goal is to make a relatable and engaging series for children around the world and help them embrace their unique potential.
